OMEGAMAN™ turns 15 Today. Origins of OMEGAMAN Radio
Today OMEGAMAN™ Radio Network turns 15 years old and looking at my files we have recorded 11,886 episodes in our time broadcasting since we started back on June 22, 2010.
I praise YEHOVAH God and the Lord Jesus Yeshua The Messiah for giving me the strength to make it this far.
SPEAK MY WORD
Many years ago back in 2005 while living in the Country of PANAMA, I received a call from my grandmother prophetess Wedis Webber who told me God had a message for me. “What did He say grandmother” I asked. She replied “God has a Word he wants you to Speak”.
Puzzled about what that meant initially, I pondered the message and then God began to give me a desire to start a Podcast.
Desire and implementation are two different things! The problem was I had no idea how I was going to pull off launching a podcast. So I took a baby step and began to start buying some equipment like I had seen Adam Curry the Podfather use.
I picked up a Heil PR-40 microphone, a desk arm and a $4000 Analog Tube Compressor from England in anticipation of using these in the the future.
My day job at this time was running a Million Dollar Herbal Supplement Company (DESERT BURN INDUSTRIES) and a Gun Store as a hobby that God had given me in late 2004 and would continue for the next 4 years. All my waking hours were consumed and so at this point my priority was making money and I shelved the podcast for the moment.

Concurrently I also had the desire to produce some christian videos similar to what Stan Johnson of the Prophecy Club was doing. One day I bought a Panasonic DVX-100a Camera and a $5000 Mac and then called up a couple friends and sent them out to california where my buddy the Late Antony J Hilder would record raw footage of them speaking on endtime topics.
In total witht he help of Anthony and Mike Anderson aka THE Edge we produced 4 DVD’s in commercial packaging. They were first class and many of these have been seen all over the world.
5 YEARS LATER
From the initial call from my grandmother Wedis in 2005 it would take me another five years before I would answer the call of God on my life.
“Let every word be established in the mouth of two or three witnesses” 2 Cor 13:1 and so God for the second time spoke one day and told me to “Speak My Word”.
This happened during a prophetic word I received from Prophet Scott Lathrop who I met for the first time Dec 2008 when my brother Damon had arranged for me to meet him and get him to pray with me.
During a prophetic Word I have recorded that lasted 15 minutes, God spke many things and also indicated that I would start in “Gainesville” and that another had started there.
I later realized Jentzen Franklin had been called to launch in Gainesville and his massive Free Chapel Church was less than 5 minutes away from where God would headquarter OMEGAMAN RADIO.
For the time being I had continued running my businesses but in 2009 the creek ran dry with the housing collapse and so I closed down operations, put my household goods in storage, and moved over to Costa Rica with no intent to return back to the USA now that Obama was in office.
RETURN TO THE USA
Looking back I was distracted by the pursuit of money and so had my businesses not dried up i would likely not be here today writing this email to you and celebrating our 15th birthday on air.
It got real quiet in Costa Rica and pondering what my next move was I began to listen to audios of the late Win Worley, a deliverance minister from Chicago and later Highland Indiana.
The sermons he preached on Deliverance began to resonate with me and one day I prayed and said to God: “God I know I was destined for something more…Turn me into a weapon and detonate me at ground zero of the enemies camp. I want to give the devil two black eyes and kick him in the nuts..”
It had become crystal clear that the Missing Link in Ministry was DELIVERANCE and this is what I wanted to get involved with.
In rapid succession after I prayed that prayer ALL HELL broke loose in my life and my marriage at the time and then a great eartquake occurred in haiti and in my own life.
One day while on the phone with a man named Street Preacher Benny and a few other friends God suddenly spoke thru Bro Benny and Said “I told you to pack your Bags and Get Out”.
I was shocked and then my grandmother called and cried on the phone being grieved in the spirit.
I knew what had to be done and so I made the decision to get on a plane and come back home to the USA
Next stop was Jacksonville, FL where I picked up my truck i had parked there and had the opportunity also to meet the great Dr pat Holliday during my short stay in Jax.
I stayed there with family for a couple months and then drove up to Georgia thinking this would be where I would resettle and start fresh.
GAINESVILLE GEORGIA
One day I drove up to Gainesville, GA to visit a storage unit I maintained there and in the distance I looked in the direction of my old offices and to my amazement I saw the SIGN for my Gun Store!
The same sign I had on the building when I rented the retail space was still right there on the marquee where I had left it.
My spirit suddenly quickened and a light bulb went off in my head that maybe I could get my old offices back!
Turns out that God had miraculously kept the space open and waiting for me and with a quick call to my old landlord I was able to secure the location at the unbelievably low rate of $500/mo which was a 75% reduction on the prior rent of $2k per month….
I setup shop if you will in this 2,000 sq foot office space in Gainesville, GA at 1310 Dawsonville Hwy
Here we had operated two businesses one of which was a gun store in the front called “ OMEGAMAN WEAPONRY” and in the back I had my officed for “DESERT BURN, INC” which was the herbal company God gave me.
In total I had been there four years up until the time I had closed down operations and shortly thereafter relocated to Costa Rica.
With a location It was time to obey God and answer the call of God on my life and not long after on a June 22, 1010 @ Midnight using Blogtalkradio as our platform and a AT&T landline connection we broadcast Episode 1.
I would work AND live at that gainesville location for the next three years. On site there was a bathroom and a small break room which i turned into my apartment :) and funny enough OMEGAMAN RADIO offices were sandwiched in a strip mall between a Pawn Shop and a Nascarz store with a Mexican restaurant two doors down….I bet you can guess where I ate lunch several times a week :)
In Oct 2013 ready for a change my brother cameron called me and invited me to room with him and so I moved West out to Las Vegas and lived in the nice Summerlin community and Vegas became my new home.
In truth I would likely be there today but desiring a wife again in March 2016 I met by soon to be bride one evening during a OMEGAMAN broadcast.
She had been prophesied she was coming and to my surprise God had me setup for a divine appointment and i ended up meeting Nurita while broadcasting OMEGAMAN Radio one evening.
I threw caution to the wind and decided to do it the Biblical Way with no dating. In short order I asked her to marry me and on April 25th, 2016 sold my truck and my guins and took availabel cash and relocated in Bali Indonesia where I married my bride 5 days later.
We started a new life and a new broadcasting hub from the island of Bali our family has grown to five now and we have spent 9 years so far living in Indonesia.
Time progressed and only in the last six months OMEGAMAN RADIO has birthed a son called THE SHANNON DAVIS SHOW which can also be found on Youtube and will specialize in Video Broadcasting while it’s Papa continues to crank out MP3’s for OMEGAMAN RADIO NETWORK :)
This year desiring to move I sought the Lord Again and a prophetic word was given me by Prophetess Jen Lathrop that a move is coming.
We recently renewed our rental lease for six months monre and are now waiting on God in expectation of a move coming by years end.
New Adventures lay ahead and I believe travelling will be part of it.
OMEGAMAN Radio was commissioned by YEHOVAH God to Speak His Word and I want tot hank ALL the guests over the years who have labored with me to make it a reality and ALL who have financially supported the broadcasts as we would not have seen this day without their/your help.
Season 15 starts today and I trust this will be the greatest year yet in this journey
