In 2009, encouraged by my friend Mike Beavers who started on Youtube, I launched a channel and later lost access to it. I have not posted to it for 14 years! and tonight I was able to recover the channel and will repurpose it for REMAKEDIET 2023.

This was circa 2009-2010 while living in Costa Rica before coming to America a year later to launch OMEGAMAN RADIO.
